Does your Business or product(s) have a facebook page? If so, it is vital that you are actively engaging with your followers.
I know that as a business owner you are business operating your business, however, if you want to gain the trust of your followers; you must engage with your followers on your facebook fan page.
I currently maintain a total of three facebook fan pages: Natural Living 101 (New), 10-Steps to Starting a Child Care Business (New) and Child Care Business Owner (Since May 2010). In fact, I created the pages to interact with my blog followers and e-book customers.
